Chili's

It's not the best place I've been, but it is still worth 5 star. Service ratings are pretty much dependent upon the final execution, which is the staffs putting the final touches and interacting with the customers. A good staff's execution will determine whether the establishment gets a 4 star our a 5 star. This time this place gets a 5 star because the the staff(s) that took care of my orders were efficient and friendly, but most importantly she was patient. The food was good as I enjoyed eating them.

Disappointing. One side of the hamburger meat is well done while the other side is burnt. That's why the 2 out of 5 stars. The rest of the To Go order came out ok but not the Big Mouth Bites.

Great costumer service. Travis was great very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

I met up with a friend from Oklahoma here for dinner and they were very on top of there game. We had a group of 10 and the service was great. Food order was correct, hot and everything tasted delicious according to everyone. Have to say this was one of my best visits to Chili's. A Thank You...to the staff for there excellence!

The 3 for $10 deal is wonderful. For a period of time you can get a 6 oz. steak as your entree. Mine was very tender and cooked as ordered. Best chips and hot sauce anywhere. If you haven't tried ranch dressing with your chips, you should.

Our visit was great! Kira was patient as it took us an eternity to decide what to order. She kept up with our drinks. Updating us and making sure we were doing good. Food came hot and delicious. Overall great experience and Kira was awesome! 👍🏼🙌🏼🔥

Cool environment. They were attentive to my best friend and I needs, when it came to relocating booths. Very nice waitresses.

I haven't been to a Chili's for several years, due to the fact that the one where we lived previously was pretty bad. Went to Dallas to see my daughter and her fiancé, and this is where they wanted to go. Two of us had different cheeseburgers, one had the chicken ranch sandwich, one of us had the margarita chicken bowl, and there was one kids macaroni and cheese. All of the food was pretty good and hot. The service was pretty good. I have two issues with chili's. One is the price on their kid's mac and cheese. . $5.19 is ridiculous for some mac and cheese, a small side of corn and a small sprite. The other issue I have is with the electronic gizmo on the table that has games on it. It's a $1.99 if you use that for a game. The 5 year old with us knew exactly how to get on that to play her game. She did it so fast that if there was ever a price that showed ahead of time, I didn't see it. Obviously, she goes to chili's a lot to know how to do that so quickly.

The restaurant was conveniently off GBTP near Firewheel mall. Other great eats close by for more selections and just a stones throw from Best buy. Great food, service was attentive, low key for a Thursday evening, well worth the price and tip. Try the 3 for $10 you will be amazed at the selections. Enjoy!!!

Terrible experience here. Came in and the restaurant was barely occupied. Not busy at all yet our server barely frequented the table. A total of maybe 2 times without us having to signal him over. To top it off the pastas we ordered were under cooked and we barely had any sauce .... you couldn’t even stab the noodle with a fork ...The manager never even came by to apologize for the experience. I rather eat at the chili’s in mesquite 😂
